How is pricing calculated?
We offer flat airport-transfer and point-to-point rates determined by vehicle type and established zone pairs. Hourly rates are also available and vary by vehicle type and drive time. Estimates for specific trips and further rate information can be obtained online or by calling (469) 617-1006.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please tell us when you book so we can assign the right vehicle.
What is your zero-tolerance policy?
We maintain a drug-free and alcohol-free working environment. Employees are prohibited from unlawfully consuming, distributing, possessing, selling, or using controlled substances while on duty, and may not be under the influence of any controlled substance while at work, on company premises, or engaged in company business. Prescription and over-the-counter medications taken as prescribed are an exception. Anyone violating this policy is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
