How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and standard transfers, 24 hours is comfortable. For hourly hire, weddings, events, or anything requiring a specific vehicle, book as early as you can. We do take same-day and short-notice bookings — call rather than using the form if your trip is within a few hours.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to manage. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically. Please make sure your flight number is on the reservation.
How is the fare calculated?
Airport transfers and point-to-point trips use flat rates determined by vehicle type and established zone pairs. Hourly rates vary by vehicle type and drive time. The calculator above gives you a live estimate; dispatch confirms your exact fare.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Yes. Contact us as early as you can — by phone for anything within a few hours of pickup. Cancellation terms depend on vehicle type and notice given, and will be confirmed with your booking.
